Fenia has worked across the UK Private Health Industry over more than 15 years and joined LION in November 2012. She has brought with her a wealth of experience from both the insurance and hospital industries and has in the past worked with insurance companies, hospital provider and other consultant groups to assist them in the smooth running of their practices.

Fenia’s specialist knowledge of the industry and private practice helps supports our secretarial team, who are key to communication with our patients and their families. She liaises on a group level with referring specialists, insurers and other organisations on behalf of the entire LION team.

Always on the lookout to improve the service we offer, she keeps a close eye on patient satisfaction levels and incorporates all feedback into our day to day processes.

In her spare time she can be found travelling across the globe or enjoying the myriad of London restaurants with friends and family.
