Charles House is a Consultant Radiologist at UCLH, specialising in musculoskeletal imaging. He studied medicine at St Mary’s Hospital Medical School and trained in radiology at UCLH, appointed as consultant in 2005.
Charles held the post of College Tutor for the radiology training scheme (2006-10) and was Clinical Lead in Radiology prior to taking up his current post of Divisional Clinical Director for Imaging in 2011. He undertakes a wide range of musculoskeletal interventional procedures under image control, comprising diagnostic soft tissue and bone biopsies and various musculoskeletal image-guided treatments including tumour ablation
Away from UCH, Charles organises the Radiology component at the annual Doctors Updates Conference.
Research interests:
Areas of particular clinical interest include imaging in myeloma & sarcoma, sports imaging and interventional musculoskeletal treatments.
